The Evident Record
In the case of the rich man and Lazarus, both Jesus and Abraham point humanity to the Old Testament laws and prophets of God.
27 "Then he said, 'I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father's house, 28 for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment.' 29 Abraham said to him, 'They have Moses and the prophets ; let them hear them.' 30 And he said, 'No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.' 31 But he said to him, 'If they do not hear Moses and the prophets , neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.'" Luke 16:27-31
Humanity ‘have Moses’ with them because they have the five books of Moses to read and learn from. If Moses were to come again in the midst of humanity, he would only teach what is the five books again, even so without adding or subtracting. And indeed, Moses has reincarnated again as Musa of Nnobi in Anambra State of Nigeria, and he practiced and taught again all that he wrote in the Bible, as evidence against humanity in disobedience to the laid foundations of true worship.
Likewise, mankind have the prophets with them, because they have all the books of the ancient prophets. And were all the prophets to come back to life on earth, they would teach and practice the same Old Testament, for God does not change.
The Transfiguration Shows That The Law And The Prophets Are Still Relevant Here On Earth And In Heaven
Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; 2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. 3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. 4 Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah ."
Matthew 17:1-4
